Work With me

My work is rooted in the understanding that there is no single path to healing, growth or transformation. Over the years, my own journey has taken me through many different experiences, from personal challenges and the exploration of the human condition to traditional healing practices and the teachings of the Amazon.

Today, I bring these experiences together through mentoring, bodywork and traditional plant wisdom. Each offers a different way of working, but the intention remains the same: to create a space for honest exploration, deeper connection and meaningful change. Whether you're looking for individual support or feel drawn towards a deeper journey, we can begin with a conversation.

Energy Healing & Soplado

A gentle, hands-off or light-touch energy healing practice that creates space to slow down, rest and reconnect with yourself. Sessions are shaped around your individual needs, offering an opportunity for stillness, reflection and relaxation.

Rooted in traditional Japanese bodywork, Shiatsu uses mindful pressure, stretches and touch to encourage relaxation and greater body awareness. A chance to reconnect with your body and explore where you may be holding tension.

A gentle, hands-on approach working with the body's connective tissues, known as fascia. Using sustained pressure and mindful touch, sessions focus on areas of tension and restriction, supporting comfort, relaxation and ease of movement.

Drawing on my experience with energy-based practices and traditional Amazonian teachings, this work explores intention, presence and the relationship between body, mind and spirit. The approach is individual, with the methods discussed beforehand and adapted to what is appropriate for each person.

Plant Medicine Apprenticeship

Integration is about understanding what we've experienced and how we bring those teachings into everyday life. I offer a space to explore the emotions, challenges and insights that arise through plant medicine work, with honesty, reflection and ongoing support.

Rooted in the traditional teachings of the Amazon, a plant dieta is a journey of discipline, commitment and relationship with the plants. Drawing on 16 years of experience and my continued learning with Shipibo teachers in Peru, I guide individuals in exploring these traditions with respect, preparation and humility.

Traditional ceremonies are rooted in relationships with the plants, the land and the teachings passed down through generations. My approach has been shaped by years of practice and learning in the Amazon, honouring the importance of intention, preparation, cultural respect and responsibility in ceremonial work.

The path of working with plants is not something learned over a weekend. Apprenticeship is a deeper commitment to study, discipline and developing a relationship with traditional plant knowledge. Drawing on my own years of learning, I support students in exploring the foundations of this work, always recognising that we remain students ourselves.
